My Journey

As a boy,

I grew up in a dysfunctional family as an only child. It was tough ๐Ÿ˜…

I was close to my mom, a stranger to my dad. Lost mom at 24.

Introvert & weird in school ๐Ÿ˜Œ. Didn't make many friends. I was the lazy type ๐Ÿ˜†

Worked in many part-time jobs. Met many people. Some were great, some not so much ๐Ÿ˜‚

Work experiences heavily shape who I became. Experiences in factories & service roles were memorable times ๐Ÿ˜

Happiness meant simple things. Playground time, dragon ball cards, playing games, watching soccer, celebrations with mom ๐Ÿ˜œ

As a father,

The greatest achievement was the wife ๐Ÿ˜‰. Became a better person.

At 34, brought one soul into the world. Added 2 more before 40. They add spice, joy and meaning to life ๐Ÿ˜˜

Walked a different path from my dad. See kids every day, every milestone ๐Ÿ˜„

Believed family foundation is key. Will be open to kids' life decisions ๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ง

Message to kids; be decisive, take action, don't regret and find your principles in life ๐ŸŒž

As an investor,

Started around early 30s. Wasn't consistent in the beginning. Became disciplined over time ๐Ÿ’ช

Always loved saving money ๐Ÿ’ฐ. Have to find the right balance โš–. No point carrying too much ๐Ÿ’ต to the grave.

Sharing famous quote from Benjamin Franklin

โ€œAn investment in knowledge pays the best interestโ€

Everyone started from 0. Only hard workers score > 80 ๐Ÿ˜Ž

As a hobbyist,

My dad introduced soccer and video games. Became a passion and addiction โšฝ๏ธ ๐ŸŽฎ

It ruined studies but helped with boredom and stress. ๐Ÿ“–

Jogging and tennis came later ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŽพ

Feel nostalgic playing games now. Kids love to discuss them. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Wish to retire engaging the hobbies.

Will form a core part of aging ๐Ÿ‘ด
