Aon’s 2024 Salary Increase and Turnover Study projects salary growth across Southeast Asia in 2025 due to recruitment and retention challenges. Vietnam and Indonesia are expected to see the highest increases at 6.7% and 6.3%, respectively, while Singapore will see the lowest at 4.4%. Industries such as technology, manufacturing, and consulting will experience the largest growth, reflecting high demand for specific skills. However, attrition rates remain high, with Indonesia leading at 20.8%. Companies are adopting targeted salary strategies and leveraging predictive analytics to manage compensation costs and address talent shortages.
